This notice explains what the YL Clothes website asks for when you send an enquiry, why we ask for it, where it goes, and how you can ask to see, correct or delete it.

This notice explains how YL Clothes (英利洋服) handles the information you send through the enquiry forms on this website. The shop is at 259 Bukit Panjang Ring Road, #01-18, Singapore 671259.
What the enquiry forms collect
The forms ask for the details needed to understand and answer your request:
- Your name
- Your company name, when you enquire for a business
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it
- The service, garment, quantity and timing details you describe
- The message or additional details you write
You choose what to send. Email and phone are both optional on the individual form, but we need at least one way to reply. The forms do not ask for payment card details, and you should not send them.
Why we use it
We use the information only to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- prepare a quotation or scope of work
- arrange and keep a record of the work you agree to
We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell them.
How it reaches the shop
When you submit an enquiry, the website sends the details through a form-delivery service. That service passes the enquiry to the shop by email so staff can read and reply to it.
The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. The delivered email is the shop's record of your message.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept only as long as needed to respond to it and to handle any resulting order or arrangement. If no work follows, it is removed when it is no longer needed.
Basic records of completed orders may be kept for accounting or legal reasons. They are not used for anything else.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

When information is shared
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website and deliver the enquiry email, or where the law requires it.

What the website stores in your browser
The site remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage. The enquiry form may keep a temporary draft in your browser's session storage so you do not lose what you have typed; the draft is cleared after a successful submission or when you close the tab.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
External links and maps
The contact page links to Google Maps. When you use Google Maps, its own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
If you prefer not to use Google Maps, the shop address on the contact page is enough to plan a visit.
